Introducing a new website for Kobo Living, a company offering outstanding customer service and quality outdoor lifestyle products, proudly rooted in the heart of Devon.
Kieran, the founder of Kobocrete, approached us with a vision to grow his business. He planned to launch Kobo Living, a new sister company with a dedicated website for supplying outdoor garden furniture and lifestyle products across the UK.
Designed to be a friendly, welcoming and fully responsive, we crafted a modern design offering a seamless and intuitive shopping journey for the user.
With Kobo Living we took the base functionality of WooCommerce and incorporated bespoke features specifically tailored to the client. These enhancements include:
- Cart abandonment: Helping recover lost sales by reminding customers who have left items in their cart to complete their purchase.
- Variable product import via CSV: Allowing for efficient bulk import of product variations, saving time and improving inventory management.
- Daily product stock update via API CSV feed: Ensuring the website’s inventory is always up-to-date, enhancing the accuracy of stock information.
