Otter Garden Centres - New Garden Centre Website

Otter Gardens is a family run chain of garden centres which in 2024 celebrated 60 years of business.

With seven locations selling a huge variety of items from a full plant range to aquatics & water features and family friendly coffee shops and restaurants.

Otter Gardens came to Blaze Concepts in 2019 requiring a new flexible website which would focus on clear use across screen sizes.

Over 55% of website traffic comes from mobile devices which is growing year by year so it is vital a website is clear and easy to use on smaller devices.

By ensuring that the website is built from the ground up it allows all the content to be displayed fluidly across all sizes to provide the best experience for the user.

The client has full access in a secure admin area to make fully stylised pages in a safe content editor which we are always on hand to support with in a proactive way.

Flexible ecommerce system

Otter Garden Centres has a online store which allows them to promote and sell their products on a easy to use online platform.

Launching with a Gift Card system they can sell Garden Centre Gift Cards with personalised messages with values from £5 to £250.

Currently the website has a online plant shop allowing their shoppers to buy a range of plants from ferns to peonies with a advanced delivery system during the checkout process.
