Wayne Tooze

Wayne has been part of the web design and software development industry since 1997.

With a BSc in Business Information Systems, he has worked with leading software companies and delivered high-performance digital solutions for major organisations including The Planning Inspectorate, the Ministry of Defence, BT, UCAS, and AgustaWestland (now Leonardo).

In 2004, Wayne founded Tooze IT, which evolved into Blaze; the forward-thinking digital agency based in Somerset and Devon that it is today. With a strong focus on client satisfaction, Blaze has grown into a trusted partner for website design, development, and digital marketing services, supporting businesses across the South West and beyond.

Wayne is passionate about building long-term client relationships and fostering a supportive, inspiring work environment. He’s a firm believer in continuous improvement, both in technology and in life.

Outside the digital world, Wayne is a keen runner and active member of his local running club. He maintains a healthy lifestyle through cross-training, indoor cycling, calisthenics, and open water swimming.
